Ordered from time4nutrition.co.uk it was a straightforward experience. I got an email confirming the order and another one when it was dispatched, so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on.

I tried making a couple of shakes with this, and for some reason the texture just never really came together for me. No matter how long I mixed it, it still had a bit of a grainy feel, and it got thick in a kind of weird way. The taste was fine, but the consistency ended up being the dealbreaker for me...

I tried using a promo code at checkout, but it just wouldn’t go through no matter what I did. I reached out to support, but by the time they got back to me, the offer had already ended. I get that tech issues happen, but it feels like the fair thing would’ve been to honor the discount since I’d tried to use it while it was still valid. Frustrating overall...

I did manage to find a few things that worked for my diet, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the options felt limited. Some of the labels were easy enough to understand, while others had me checking twice just to be sure. It’s not bad overall, I guess, but I’d feel a lot better if the dietary info was clearer and easier to spot.

i’ve ordered from them a few times now, and the portions have been really consistent. no need to guess or weigh everything again, which makes tracking my food way easier. the meals actually fill me up too, not like some places where you’re still hungry after. i’m happy with it

I’ve tried a few things from time4nutrition now and, so far, my digestion has been totally fine. No bloating and no uncomfortable feeling after having it. The taste is okay, not my absolute favourite, but it mixes well enough. I’d give it 4 stars because the delivery could have been a little quicker.
